We source equity and debt financing solutions for you from our network and across almost thirty years of experience working with investors and donors with the capacity to launch companies and grow them. We are not broker-dealers and do not take a commission or success fee but rather work off a retainer that is "de-risked" across 90 and 180 days using founder-friendly benchmarks.
We work with associates who offer non-debt financing solutions (invoice factoring, PO and supply chain financing).
Some of our nonprofit clients and even private sector startups may qualify for these kinds of quasi-grants from private charitable foundations if the client's mission is in alignment with that of the foundation.
In all candor, providing "fundraising strategy" is great but means nothing if a client doesn't have the personnel or budget to execute on it. Some consultants are satisfied having been compensated merely to offer sound advice. We are not. We encourage you that when you seek counsel from us or another consultant, you engage that consultant to execute on the actionable items discussed. Ask them up front, "Before we engage in work, please run a readiness assessment to determine whether we can execute on your anticipated recommendations."
If you are a startup with a pitch deck, or need one, or a nonprofit with a capital campaign case statement, we can help create and edit it.
We have access to unique deal flow from a top tech-transfer university in the Southeastern U.S., and also within the vibrant venture ecosystem in Austin/San Antonio/Texas Hill Country region. Write to us HERE.
Are you pre-seed through Series B? We do direct fundraising for startups as well as seek non-dilutive financing solutions. We are biased toward working with companies which are at the point of commercialization, but will look at pre-rev companies. Write to us HERE.
Are you looking for LPs? We have a network of investors who primarily invest in real estate, medtech/healthcare, enterprise B2B/SaaS, industrial tech, space/aerospace and clean tech.
We’ve established our business on nearly 30 years of building and maintaining relationships. Therefore, we believe people are paramount. Most businesses say this. We mean it: since what we do is to connect people whom we know, our business literally wouldn’t exist without putting people first. These relationships must come before a “good deal” and be repaired if there’s a “bad” one.
“It is not from the benevolence of the butcher, the brewer, or the baker that we expect our dinner, but from their regard to their own self-interest." -- Adam Smith
As we put people first, each of us has others in our lives who come before anyone or anything else: Our family, friends and loved ones.
We acknowledge that you, too, are prioritizing certain people in your life. We respect that. Therefore, we strive toward:
For Lenox Hill Partners to be successful and care for our loved ones, we must help you be successful so you can care for yours.
We strive for win-win.
We believe that by putting our loved ones first and acknowledging that you are as well, we can strive together for win-win or can agree that there might be a different time for a better deal.
That’s the foundation of trust on which we operate.
We believe the world is fundamentally broken. At the same time, we believe that humanity is fundamentally creative. And we believe that the purpose of our innate creativity is to repair and even restore the world around us.
We believe that in helping to fund companies that restore our world, we are indeed putting people first. We are acting with enlightened self-interest. And we are achieving Win-Win at scale.
